Another stupid radio promotion…

Apparently Des Moines, Iowa was hit with a lot of snow this year (just like everyone else), and one local radio station decided to have an event where the listeners brought their snow shovels down to the station to be crushed by a steam roller as a way to say goodbye to winter.

This sounds like a typical wacky (honk, honk) morning show stunt except Iowa is getting hit with MORE snow.
